Challenges you think we face: Discrimination towards Ethnics. Events organisers like us still face the same issues the 4 black girls faced at the infamous incident at Dstrkt.
When Venues know you are of a certain ethnic group they tell you immediately Venue is not available.
Experimented once by asking my Caucasian friend to call the same Venue that rejected us. It turns out the same date was available. I need to write a book on this some day.
